I just ran across this cool site Brickarms.com, they sell custom Lego compatible weapons. They also have custom World War 2 German soldiers and custom Lego K9 units! I purchased an armory for my son to make his own custom Legos, and bought a custom lego German soldier. These World War two custom Legos will go perfectly with Indiana Jones Legos.

My friend over a the Brickplayer.com lego blog just sent me this link to a pic of this great Lego Starwars Lego Statue. Check his Lego blog out, it’s really cool!
Star Wars Force Unleashed Legos came out a month ago and are really cool. I do think my custom Lego Darth Vader’s Apprentice is cooler than the factory version. My son like theirs better I think so go figure. Here is their version:
BTW, they cam out with a small 3 figure pack that’s only $10.00 and it has a Shadow Trooper. This is weak because they advertised the Shadow trooper tank as being limited. But Those parts are in all the Tie Fighter
lego boxes so that is not going to take off in value like I thought.
Lego has released a limited number of Tie Crawler sets with 2 Shadow Troopers in each set. This is a great steal right now! I bought 3 a couple weeks ago at $30.00 and they are selling for $64.00 right now on Ebay. Soon they will be over $100.00 in my opinion. Anyways, heres a peak: Hosted with myphotocloud.com
The Shadow Troopers were basically an elite group of “stealth” operatives ho could
change armor styles to deceive the enemy. See Star Wars for more details: Shadow Troopers
A fun project that my son and I have been working on is Star Wars Legos Movies. We are making them with stop motion animation. We are still learning to do this, but plan on finishing a small 5 minute movie by end of the school year. For now here are some great Lego movies off of You Tube.
This one has all the great LightSabor battles of all time:
This one is great but it’s not using stop motion animation:
The Sandcrawler took about 8 hours for me to put together. I bought it for my son for Christmas but haven’t had much time.
It was spread out on a futon and I would slowly piece it together. It has tank tracks and steering, a crane, 3 Jawas, C-3PO, R2-D2, R1-G4, ASP Droid, gonk droid, Uncle Owen, and a tread droid. The center is detachable with computer consols inside.
1669 Total pieces! I bought it for $130.00 and this time in three years it should be worth about $300-400 in the box.
The speeder seats 2 clone fighters and has 3 engines:
A cool feature I added was Infared vision laser range finder that is a movable part that rotates in from of the drivers eyes!
The next post I will have Images of the Jawa Sandcrawler we are building. My son is only 5 and a 1/2 but he is handling this very technical Lego structure very well. I do not recomend this for all 5 year olds…. He is only helping me a little bit. This has many parts and he grows tired of working on this very fast. We are also working on a lego movie but I’ve been too busy working on my main “non Lego Sites”. The lego movies are tons of work and I have it on the back burner right now.
Last month my son made this custom Sith Lord all by himself with extra Darth Vader torso, legs , and cape. It is basically a Darth Vader with a black face and a Knight helmet. We bought the extra light sabors from Findmybrick Making Star Wars lego customs and facory sets really bring us together. We still have to find a name for this sith. If you have any sugestions please comment.
In our next post I’ll show you the custom advanced speeder bike I made for him.
I will be purchasing better lighting in order to create better pics. Right now these are the best I can make with the lighting I have.
